Keila joined the Baird family in 2019, after transitioning from a career in retail banking with a focus in Deposit Operations. Having more than 16 years of customer service experience, a proactive nature, and her constant attention to detail make her a true asset to our team. Her main role is to assist in the day-to-day operations of client management and to act as a liaison between the clients and advisors. She is dedicated to exceeding client’s expectations and imparting personalized, world class, second to none customer service.
Keila lives in Hopkinsville with her husband, Joshua. They have two boys, Kellan and Aidan, as well as three fur babies named Ollie, Caesar and Gabby. Baseball season is her favorite time of year. In her downtime she enjoys reading, music, watching the latest movies, and spending time with her friends and family.
